Как стало известно телеграм-каналу ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info, в Савёловском суде завершилось слушание по уголовному делу в отношении бывшего сотрудника МВД РФ Ламухина по обвинению во взломе российских электронных ящиков на заказ и продаже их содержимого через Телеграм. Впрочем, никакого хакерства тут не было. Скандальность ситуации заключается в том, что, как оказалось, сотрудники «VK» предоставляли пробивщикам дублирующие доступы (так называемое «зеркало») к электронным почтовым ящикам mail.ru, inbox.ru и др. Это доступы позволяли заходить в почтовый ящик и контролировать всю переписку пользователя с момента создания ящика. Позже сотрудники «VK» долго и упорно оправдывались на суде.
По 29 эпизодам по 272 ч 4 (Неправомерный доступ к компьютерной информации), 29 эпизодам по 138 ч 1 (Нарушение тайны переписки) и 4 эпизодам 327 ч 4 (подделка документов) суд вынес приговор о наказании в виде 7 лет лишения свободы. В рамках данного дела также были задержаны все сотрудники отделения, раскрывающего преступления в сфере незаконного оборота оружия, ОУР УВД по САО, вместе с начальником отделения.

Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on Android
From the Files app, scroll down to Internal storage, and tap on WhatsApp. Once you’re there, go to Media and then WhatsApp Stickers. Don’t be surprised if you find a large number of files in that folder—it holds your personal collection of stickers and every one you’ve ever received. This is a chat only you can see, and it will serve as your sticker bank. Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
